I'm still having this problem after reinstalling, run as administrator, directx, NET, compatability, installed all in one runtimes, Microsoft visual c++, dll files replacement and graphic updates.

It's been two years and I still can't play my game anyone can help?
Additional Details Windows 7, 64-bit operating system

As per this post, https://steamcommunity.com/app/282900/discussions/0/612823460269766057/ and the solutions listed there, i would suggest a clean reinstall.

By the way,  I've solve the problem before after running all in one runtimes, but one day due to accident I uninstall the game. But when I reinstalled back the game the error occurs till now and I've tried most of everything but still no luck.

Surprisingly that hyperdimension neptunia re birth 2 was able to launch successfully.

I've checked the event viewer but it didn't have any history of the error after the second time installation of hyperdimension neptunia re birth 1, perhaps it's not the error 0xc000007b but another problem?

If it shows this error, then it is the error. What happens is that certain games are tied to versions of run time frameworks, and they can conflict when something updates it. I would suggest that you run revouninstaller.com to uninstall this game, c++ and run time libraries. Using RevoUninstaller, uninstall and delete registry traces and left over files as well before re-installing.

Must uninstall all of it first? I've uninstall the application once and clean all trace and install again but still have the error but I haven't try to use the RevoUninstaller to uninstall the Microsoft visual C++ and runtime libraries.

I would suggest that you uninstall, all instances of runtime and the program. Then, before  installing runtime, install the game. It may tell you the version it needs or it will download the runtime libraries by itself, if it tells you the version, then do a google search to get that one and install it.

By runtime what do you meant?  I'll try your methods tomorrow and give you a response as early as possible.

I finally fix it after reading the error report.  I deleted all the dll files required to run the application and replace all of them with newer version dll files and reinstalled all of the Microsoft visual c++. Although that your methods doesn't really work but thanks anyway.
